| Validiron de Oliveira grew up on a ranch, and rode steers and horses. At the encouragement of his brother, Paulo, he started riding bulls at the age of 18.
Oliveira burst onto the PBR scene in 2007. He was part of the Brazil team that took home the Inaugural World Cup in June 2007 in Australia. He followed that up by riding in the Built Ford Tough Series and placing in the Top 5 at three events with a riding percentage of 57.14%. One of the most consistent riders on tour, Valdiron has three event wins and appears in the championship round in over 60 percent of his events. |
